Devotees of the Witness are specialized Overload Minotaurs seen on the lower levels of the Witness's monolith, securing the flow of energies and protecting the labyrinthine rooms within the Substratum.
Gameplay
Encountered exclusively in the Substratum, these Overload units are seen alongside Attendants and other Sol Divisive Vex in the third room on one of two sides. Unlike most Champion units in Raids, however, these units are essential to progression in the encounter. These units must be swiftly dispatched in order to activate one of two Resonant Conductors and their corresponding charging plate. After a Threshold Sentinel is eliminated, another one of these Champion enemies must be eliminated to activate the remaining one and thus start generating Resonances and power Conductors.
