The Isolated Phalanx are Cabal Phalanx commanders seen in The Boil in the Tangled Shore. They have escaped the Prison of Elders and lead a detachment of Cabal Deserters. According to the Spider, These Commanders were Cabal whom he thought he could trust but instead asks the Guardian to dispatch.
