Councilor's Cyclopses are Vex Cyclopses seen in all of the Vex encounters, such as the Gauntlet and Crystals, within the Menagerie.

Gameplay

These Cyclopses can be seen as the final bosses of both the Gauntlet and Crystals encounters, where they are to be killed in order to gather the required points (or make it to the final run of the Gauntlet). Nothing else sets them apart from their Minor or Major counterparts except that they can instantly kill a player if their power is low enough or a modifier enhances their abilities.
