Hadragal, Keeper of Memory is a powerful Hive Wizard of the Lucent Brood who was charged with keeping watch over the Altar of Reflection. She can be found in the Altar of Reflection: Insight mission, where she is encountered as the final boss.
Gameplay
Hadragal appears in the main hall of the Altar of Reflection, alongside a Lucent Archivist Acolyte and a large horde of Hive Thrall and Acolytes. Hadragal's battle tactics are typical of a Wizard; bombarding players with a long stream of Arc-based projectiles, and casting clouds of poisonous smoke to potentialy drive you into the open. Although she will call upon more reinforcements throughout the duration of the fight, she has no defensive capabilities and is completely vulnerable to all attacks, making her very easy to dispatch quickly.
