Riis-Reborn is an Eliksni settlement located on Europa. Built within the ruins of the Golden Age colony of Eventide, it was constructed by the House of Salvation after the arrival of the Pyramids.

According to Variks, Riis-Reborn was meant to be a new home for the Eliksni people, a place where they could live in peace.
