Vochun, Prelate of the Will is a powerful Psion Flayer of the Shadow Legion and a leading member of the Created Congression.
Biography
Once a Psion soldier created by Calus from within the Typhon Imperator to become part of his Shadow Legion army, Vochun would be among many that were left directionless following the deaths of Calus and, especially, the Witness.
During the Upheaval on Nessus, Vochun would be part of a Shadow Legion Warlord's crew under the employ of Yirix to plunder any Pyramid technology, the imprints on his brain when Calus created him made him unable to disobey.
