Whisper is a Disciple of The Witness and a powerful foe. They are the basis for the Keepers. He is a deadly foe and known to have a voice able of making people change sides in a war. They resided within the Scarred Pyramid and spent their time building up an arsenal of death. After the Witness' death, they hunted an Echo and sought to replace the power vacuum and hopefully finish what the Witness started. They have untold power, rivaling that of The Taken King and Rhulk, Disciple of the Witness.
