The Ice Reapers are a Cabal detachment. The Ice Reapers appear to be an elite Psion unit, as only known members are three Psion Flayers, as well as the three Psion Operants that appear earlier in the Dust Palace, and three more Flayers that appear in the Prison of Elders mode Challenge of the Elders when Val Aru'un is one of the bosses.
