The main story with this weapon, is that there was a [[Guardian]] named Josef. He had a pet wolf named Luna whom he was very close to. It appears that Josef had nobody but the wolf. It is possible that his parents, friends, and or family died during the [[Red War]]. But, one day, he decided to go to the [[Moon]] to battle [[Hive]]. He brought Luna on the mission, but was soon overwhelmed. Luna drew away the [[Hive]] so the Josef could get away, thus sacrificing herself for him. He went through a lot of guilt after this, and in the end [[Shaxx]] had a gun crafted for Josef to help him get through his tough time. It's not clear where Josef got the wolf, but it can be assumed that there is a connection with the [[Iron Lords]].
