— WANTED: Howling Raider[1]

The Howling Raiders are a gang of Fallen Vandals of the House of Wolves. Gangs like the Howling Raiders and the Twisted Claw are where Vandals who are too independent to take orders, but too talented to dock to Dreg status, are relegated. The Howling Raiders were afforded a wide degree of operational latitude by the Wolf leadership as long as they continue to demonstrate their value by collecting intel and resources.[1]

During the Wolf Rebellion a group of Howling Raiders went to the Hall of Whispers on Venus. Fireteams of Guardians later destroyed them.[2]
