The Wormsinger Rune is a consumable dropped by Major Hive enemies in the Hull Breach on the Dreadnaught. It can be inserted into one of two consoles located in the Hull Breach: one is below the spawn point, the other is off to the right of the Dantalion Exodus VI in the Debris Field.
Once activated the Hive will send a wave of Major Acolytes and Knights via a Tombship; once they are defeated out will come Blahgrish, the Ogre champion. Killing him drops the Wormfeeder Rune.
