Phased Shanks, Kell's Scourge were special, Elite class of Fallen Tracer Shanks that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They were utilized by the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate in their raids on the Armory's Lost Forges.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Phased Shanks appear at the Gofannon Forge during the Forge Ignition activity there. Eliminating these enemies is of high importance, as they will drop Radiant Batteries when destroyed. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
