Phased Dregs, Kell's Scourge were special, Elite class of Fallen Dregs that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They served as members of the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate, sent to raid the Armory's Lost Forges.[1][2]
Gameplay[edit]
Phased Dregs are encountered at the Gofannon and Bergusia Forges during the Forge Ignition activities there. Eliminating these enemies is your top priority, as killing them will cause them to drop Radiant Batteries. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
