It is first seen in Grasp of Avarice Dungeon at the Dismantling Mines section, hovering above the entrance to Wilhelm-7's Horde.

It can be inferred this Ketch belongs to House of Scar as Avarokk has the marking on his cape that matches Taniks, the Scarred's mark which has been speculated as House of Scar's Symbol.
