The Gateway is the fourteenth story mission of Destiny 2, and the first mission of the Curse of Osiris expansion. It's set on the planet Mercury, withThe Guardian being tasked by Ikora Rey to investigate the gate near the Lighthouse, because Sagira's shell was found at it. Brother Vance will make contact with the Guardian to help him find Osiris.
During the course of The Gateway, the Guardian must confront the Vex at the Fields of Glass on Mercury, culminating in an encounter with the portal to the Infinite Forest, and Vex of both the past and future.
