Destiny Planet View was a web browser app based on Google Earth that let people explore the different planets in Destiny. It was released the week prior to the official launch of Destiny, with some blocked content. Only portions of Mars, Venus, and the Moon were initially available.
Users could explore each planet by clicking on different points of interest, and see various images, videos, or pieces of lore. Viewing all points of interest unlocked a code for a new player emblem, The Sign of the Infinite.[1]
