Splicer Intel Relays are four different consumables used in obtaining the Khvostov 7G Schematic to construct the Khvostov 7G-0X Exotic Auto Rifle. In order to acquire the Schematic, head to The Breach and board a Ketch where a Pilot Servitor will be waiting. Upon defeat a chest toward the back will open, revealing the Schematic.
Splicer Intel Relays are dropped by Hive Brood Mothers and Brood Enforcers as well as Fallen Splicer Emissaries.
