Ilhali is a Psion advisor who serves Emperor Calus aboard the Leviathan. He and Tlu'arg helped Calus during his wallowing sadness following his exile by mocking Ghaul's brutality. He would later be tasked by Calus to ready his automatons after hearing the news of Ghaul's death.[1]
