:::::Having a completely different area type is not needed, especially when it comes to the areas like the Deep Dives which are not even considered Missions. Strikes, Raids, Dungeons, those would be completely different categories which would then need their own separate area types. Mission would not fit them. It's easier to just label them as private since they're instances, not Public. |

Area type
What are the major differences between Private and Mission area types on the Location infobox? StanNPractice (talk) 15:35, October 30, 2024 (EDT)
- I would argue that Private is areas where you can enter from patrol with no random players in them, while Mission is areas you can only enter as part of a an activity. Ex Queen's Bailey is Private, Temple of the Navigator is Mission.Scorn Enthusiast (talk) 15:43, October 30, 2024 (EDT)
- Why are areas in Dungeons and Raids only Private? StanNPractice (talk) 15:45, October 30, 2024 (EDT)
- Mission is not an area type. TheTrueSorrowMaker (contribs) 15:50, October 30, 2024 (EDT)
