Val Garurc was a Cabal Val who was seen serving under Commander Truvul during the Legacy Code Quest. Garurc, along with Val Bulgur, were tasked with raiding a Clovis Bray lab and defending their finds. They were both killed by The Guardian.
Trivia
- Due to having the archetype of an honored Colossus, this could suggest that Val Garurc was a newly promoted Officer due to the power vacuum within the Red Legion.
