Suppressor Vandals are unique Vandals from the House of Salvation. They carry a Suppressor Augment and are first seen in the Deep Stone Crypt Raid.
They are a reappear in the raid in many encounters, most notably in the Descent encounter of Rapture and the Taniks, the Abomination boss battle.
