Malahayati was a submind of the Warmind Rasputin, one of the vast machine intelligences built during the Golden Age. She was assigned by Rasputin to work alongside General Chen Lanshu of the Exodus Program.[1]

During the development of SIVA by the Clovis Bray corporation, Malahayati expressed concerns about the potential risks involved with the nanotechnology.[2]
Dark Age
After an ill-fated mission to Earth resulted in the deaths of most of his expedition team, the Cloud Strider Stargazer called upon Malahayati to purge all mention of Neptune or the Exodus Indigo from Rasputin's archives.[3]
