Phased Servitor, Kell's Scourge were special, Major class of Fallen Servitors that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They were utilized by the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate, who made use of them in their bid to claim the Armory's Lost Forges.

Gameplay

Phased Servitors are encountered at the Bergusia Forge while playing the Forge Ignition activity there. These enemies will drop Radiant Batteries upon being destroyed, making them high-priority targets. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
