She repairs Guardians' personal spaceships, as well as sells new ships and Sparrows.[1] Amanda was once a refugee before coming to the City. Her mother carried a weapon named The Chaperone, which she hoped to recreate through Tex Mechanica's shotgun design contest.[2]
