Scorch Captains are unique Captains gifted with the ability to wield Scorch Cannons to lead their crews. Some from the House of Wolves used to patrol Earth, the Moon, and Mars, but were removed with patch 2.0. One from the House of Devils has a rare chance to appear in the Fallen S.A.B.E.R. Strike. They also appear in the Splicer version of The Devils' Lair[1] and the Wrath of the Machine Raid.[2]
Years later, Scorch Captains would reappear in Destiny 2 within the Season of Plunder activity: Ketchcrash.[3]
