Hezen Vengeance is a Legendary Rocket Launcher that can be obtained from the Gatekeeper encounter (in Destiny and Destiny 2) and Atheon encounter (in Destiny 2) in the Vault of Glass Raid. In Destiny, it has a perk that grants it more damage against Oracles in the Vault of Glass. It was originally removed when Destiny 2 was released. However it was re-added in Season of the Splicer along with the Vault of Glass Raid, and the other weapons also available from the Raid.
