Mist-1 was a citizen of The Last City. They were sick during The Dawning prior to the Red War and missed the air show. The next year, they were looking forward to the next Dawning's air show for months and drew several sketches in anticipation, but on the day of the show heavy rain caused the event to be canceled. As Mist-1 dejectedly looked at the ground, they noticed a blur flashing through the sky matching one of the sketches they made as Amanda Holliday defied orders and put on a show for the citizens of the City. Mist's good mood was restored and they began humming to themselves in happiness.[1]
