Draksis is the Kell of the House of Winter. Draksis was a prime target for the Vanguards. After raiding jumpship reclamation convoys, Cayde-6 upped the bounty on him, alerting Guardians to look for the Kell.[1]
Gameplay
Draksis is the primary target in the Story mission, "Scourge of Winter."
