Taken Ogre is a type of Taken Hive. It’s eye blast now causes Arc damage and fires faster the longer it fires, in addition to now being able to cause knockback to players, making it more of a threat. It’s ground slam attack now also does Arc damage as well.
Taken Ogres retain the berserk ability possessed by their normal counterparts, while still being able to fire their Rotten Surge in their berserk state.
