The Tribute Hall is a glorious room of trophies created by Emperor Calus in the Leviathan full of trophies you collect. A Visage of Calus is set up for 'worthy creatures to kneel before'. The Visage of Calus sells Champion Bounties, which you can us to lower the cost of Tributes. Buying 45 Tributes allows you to earn a Bad Juju Catalyst.
