Destiny 2: Paradox (also known as Destiny 2: Shadowkeep: Project Paradox) is the eighth major expansion of Destiny 2 and the first fanmade DLC for Shadowkeep.

Description

Humanity’s last safe city, Auradon, has fallen to an overwhelming invasion force, led by Kazuto Kirigaya, the imposing mastermind behind the creation of the Darkness. With his help, his unfathomable army of Shadowkeepers have murdered Commander Zavala, turned Mal evil, stripped the Auradonians of their power, and forced the survivors to flee. You, Ikora Rey, and the newly-revived Cayde-6 will venture to mysterious, unexplored worlds of our solar system to discover an arsenal of weapons and devastating new combat abilities. To defeat the Shadowkeepers and confront Kazuto, you must reunite humanity’s scattered heroes, stand together, fight back to reclaim our home, and take justice into your own hands. Explore new regions, awaken new powers, earn a wealth of new weapons, and uncover lost Auradonian secrets. The hunt is on.

Overview

This expansion is about the Young Wolf returning to Auradon to defeat a new evil that has taken the form of Kirito at the request of the Vanguard. This new enemy has supposedly resurrected familiar enemies of player's past such as Zevon, Dark Archer, Reverse-Flash, Fikrul, the Fanatic, Uldren Sov, Sasuke, and old demons of player's past such as Crota, the Eater of Hope, Dominus Ghaul, Skolas, Kell of Kells, Taniks, the Scarred, and possibly more. The Vanguard tasks you to put them and whatever evil is out there out of their misery. The Guardians venture deep beyond the Last City and face the new threat, not knowing, what they might set loose...
