I don't think that the second one with "At the expense of people's needs" is correct. I just wanted to show you that bureaucrat is kind of an insult to yourself? That or I'm just an idiot that over-analyses things. (that's probably almost none of my stuff is current XDDDDD.) Hey Spartacus. I know its very suspicious. But I just want as many people as I can to join this wiki. If you are suspicious about the ps4 account thing. Son of Oryx gave his PS4 to me before he left for collage and Phos and I share the same account on said PS4 sense we're brothers and we don't know how to make a new account because we're both idiots.
