Let Me Save Asher Mir Bungie! Chips Coke

Favorite Destiny moment

When Asher called me his Dear assistant and I fell in love with him.

Worst Destiny moment

When I realized his condition was irreversible.

Anything else

But that realization has driven me to prove that theory wrong. I've come up with many theories as to how he could be fixed! We CAN save Asher!

I agree that using Arc energy to kill the Vex in Asher's body might injure him, but not fatally. I wonder what would happen if his Vex arm were forcibly removed? I have the vaguest memory of Asher saying something on this subject... something about it probably being bad, maybe. Worst case scenario: the Vex would realize the threat to themselves and react by killing Asher. So what do you think about using nanotechnology?

Cool! Yesterday, I remembered something Failsafe once said, "Arc overloads Vex systems. They start leaking milk." How I interpret that is this; Arc energy WILL overload the Vex machines, but probably not the actual organisms or much in their fluid. I guess my Arc theory was based on the fact that energy shields overload(or explode, either way causing damage) when they take on too much of the same kind of energy. They take damage from the energy, TAKE, and then there is too much for the generator to handle, resulting in its collapse. I thought it would affect the radiolaria similarly, because they seem to use it as some form of defense, or at least they conduct or transmit it, and if there were too much Arc energy the organisms would be harmed, no matter what they do with it.

What Guardian class do you prefer? You may address me as Warlock or Thorn. Asher has definitely grown on me, and I find his occasional outbursts to be funny/enjoyable?(Is that cruel?) Just when they aren't directed at me, as I have never truly failed as his, *sigh*, "assistant." My favorite Asher quotes are 20-27.

As we know, Asher has tried, and failed, to inflict damage upon Vex radiolarian fluid with extreme heat. I hypothesize that electricity( or Arc energy, if you prefer), would yield much better results.

I tend to agree. I'd like to hear some of your theories as to how to assist Asher in his... affliction.
