Tino is a Neomuna citizen and a medical technician for the uploads to the CloudArk in preparation of the Arrival of the Black Fleet. Since he was working in a virtual space, he set his virtual avatar to a mandala, but was told to change it back to his normal appearance by his supervisor Bijan. He believed the Neomuni needed reassurance that could only come from speaking face to face.[1]
