Taipei is the capital city of Taiwan. Chen Lanshu pulled a rank to get a look at the Never-Be installation in Taipei, and it was mentioned in a Ghost Fragment. It mentioned that she had a dread that refused to attach itself to a specific threat. It did mention Lhasa, because she felt that feeling again.
