Shadow Legion Data-Scrapers are a variant of Cabal enemies that can appear in Breach Executable.

Gameplay

Shadow Legion Data-Scrapers will appear alongside Cabal or Fallen forces during the "Fallen Mercenaries" encounter of Breach Executable, which lasts for 4:53. Upon being slain, the Data-Scrapers will drop a large amount of Extracted Data, which must be deposited once the Data Collection bar is full. If enough enemy forces are slain, Jaxxiks, Shadow Legion Pawn, EM-0, Spiritless Machine, or Tarnus, Shadow Legion Taskmaster will appear. Once the remaining Data-Scrapers or the boss is slain, the encounter is complete and the Guardians can continue onto the next objective.
