Raksil is seemingly an Eliksni of the House of Light, although his true nature is uncertain. He appeared out of nowhere aboard a ship piloted by another Eliksni of the House of Light, Ekris, after the latter was awoken by his ship's sensors picking up an anomalous event; upon seeing Raksil, Ekris couldn't recall his name, and after a brief conversation Raksil disappeared as Ekris remembered that there was only one sleeping cot aboard the ship.

Trivia

• Raksil's appearance aboard Ekris' ship occurred following an event bearing notable similarities to recorded encounters with the Aphelion. Raksil himself may be actually an Aphelion, or at least an illusion conjured by one.
