Before the second encounter, a Preceptor and a squad of Acolytes will arrive in the hallway to repel the intruders. It is here where they introduce the fireteam to the mechanics of the next encounter. To set the wheels in the room to the symbols by the exit door, players need to change the direction of the wheels to the most convenient direction and pick up the Knowledge dropped by the Preceptors to shift the glowing point on the wheel to the right symbol.
