Phased Heavy Shanks, Kell's Scourge were special, Major-tier Fallen Heavy Shanks that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They belonged to the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate, who made use of them in their bid to claim the Armory's Lost Forges.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Phased Heavy Shanks are found at the Gofannon Forge when playing the Forge Ignition activity there. When destroyed, they will drop a Radiant Battery, making killing them a critical objective for players. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
