Luminous Eyes are a Major variant of the Hive Shrieker belonging to the Lucent Brood. They are found deep within the Temple of the Wrathful in The Ghosts Mission, during the first encounter against Brutiks, Lightbane. If one heads down the unmarked corridor during the fight, they will be ambushed by four of the Eyes. At some point, Luminous Eyes of the Hidden Swarm have been added to the mission In the Deep, where they appear across the exit route when the player has to escape the Catacombs. Luminous Eyes using the Savathûn's Brood design appeared in games of Gambit during Season of the Deep.

Trivia

• It is unknown if it was intentional or an developer oversight for few non-Lucent Brood Shriekers to be renamed to Luminous Eyes.
