Lisknis, Devil Enforcer is a Fallen Captain that appeared in the Forgotten Shore as a Level 5 Major for the "Eliminate the Target" Public Event.

Lisknis is first seen in the Destiny Alpha and Destiny Beta versions of the game, however they were later cut from the main Destiny series. In the Destiny version, Lisknis is replaced by a Reaver Captain as the Public Event target.

Trivia

• In the German edition, Lisknis had the name of "Lisknis, der Teuleis vollstrecker" which roughly translates to Lisknis, the Ice Cream man.
• Lisknis also shares the same name with a Hive Wizard named Lisknis, the Devils Executor. Both enemies were cut from the Beta.
