Lightblades are a variant of Hive Darkblades from the Lucent Brood encountered in the Tomb of Elders.
Gameplay[edit]
Lightblades will appear during the Lightblade encounter of the Tomb of Elders activity. To bring forth a Lightblade, the Guardian must slay the Bell-Ringers and a Lucent Ritualist to ring the bell located in the centre. When the bell is tolled, a Lightblade will emerge from a Hive portal and must be slain to acquire the buff known as "Lightblade's Essence." This buff will last for 14 seconds and allow the Guardian to destroy the six Runestones located across the room. Once the effect has depleted, the Guardian must repeat the same process until the encounter is complete.
