The Vindictive Mind is a Sol Imminent Hydra seen in the Red Legion Takedown. During the events of Curse of Osiris, Panoptes originally dispatched the Mind and it's subtype to the Almighty in hopes of removing it and its surviving inhabitants for the Dark Future. However, the Mind would end up trapped within one of the ship's "fuel" reserves for a time. During the ship's travel towards Earth, the Mind would eventually break free, forcing all Cabal units nearby to attempt to contain it. However, it would instead meet its end at the hands of the Guardians there to sabotage the ship, ironically, for it.
