"And my vanquisher will read that book, seeking the weapon, and they will come to understand me, where I have been and where I was going."

"A BEAUTIFUL MELDING OF TWO EQUAL PARTS." — EMPEROR CALUS

Nok'Tuur stares at his gaudy craftsmanship. The seams of the weapon unravel and split apart, revealing its boney frame.

Mag'arc only feels disgust. "This is what we represent? A violent emancipation? A crude surgery of what we were? What we are?"

"No." Nok'Tuur explains as he gently caresses the weapon. "This evokes change for all of us. What we seek to do will change everything. Our god demands tribute, what better than control of those that oppressed us, what had destroyed our worlds for supplication."

Mag'arc leans in over Nok'Tuur's shoulder. "It was your kind that destroyed my world, but it was the Witness that lied about the destruction of yours. You believe that claiming this ship and the rest of the Black Fleet will return your god to living flesh? What if we succeed and no one answers, or what if we fail?"

Nok'Tuur violently grabs Mag'arc and throws him across the room, hitting against the obsidian walls without leaving a dent on its structural integrity.

"HE WILL RETURN TO US, I GUARANTEE THAT, WHETHER OUR PLAN FOLLOWS THROUGH OR CRUMBLES"

He turns way from Mag'arc who proceeded to leave in a huff. Nok'Tuur raises his hands into the air and begins to pull the invisible strings of green energy into existence.

"For it was he who made all of this happen."
