Primus Kala'tam, Harbinger of the Domina is a high-ranking Red Legion Primus encountered aboard the Almighty. Presumably an emissary sent by the remaining members of the Cabal Empire, she would be tasked with rallying the scattered remnants of the Cabal forces across the system from her temporary headquarters aboard the Almighty, and would be encountered by a Guardian Fireteam dispatched to break the Almighty's psionic shielding before the ship destroys the Last City. She must be killed in order to acquire the Heir Apparent.
