Nal Khorax, Lucent Blade of Light is an Ascendant Hive Knight and a twin child of Hashladûn (his fellow twin being his sister Vegrath). Abandoning their former brood, the twins would wander the moon in search of purpose, eventually falling into faithful employment under Savathûn. The twins would work to clean up what's left of their former brood. Solidifying their loyalty to the Witch Queen, Nal Khorax would take his own life under the promise of his return.

Years later, he was raised as a Lightbearer Knight by a Ghost, much to his sister's surprise. Back at his twin's side, the two would continue their loyal work under the ascended Witch Queen, acting out her wishes in secrecy. Their exploits included bringing their former brood to heel under the Lucent Brood, leading rituals and even allowing Vegrath to harness Strand. He, along with his twin sister, would be encountered by Guardian Fireteams across the system, first primarily on Pluto.
