Lore[edit]
WHAT WAS IT? WHAT WAS IT?
I can feel it watching me. Why? Why is it here?
The King is dead. Something is wrong.
Please, go away.
Leave me alone.

The smell of insoluble ash flooded the scene as the sound of rusted chains scraped against the walls of the chamber. The door creaked open as the luminescence shot through and covered the ground. A figure covered in shadow, positioned in front of the light. Its wings fluttered, bringing more shadow to the ground, a soft breeze flowed throughout the room.
“You,” He started. “What do you want?”
“A compromise. A mutual understanding.”
“Go rot in hell.”
The figure chuckled. “Abhorrent, hmm? I have come to discuss the terms of your imprisonment.”
He slid back across the ground towards the wall, the chains surrounding his body clashed and scratched the floor. “I don’t want to talk to you. Leave me be.”
The figure was no longer amused. With a sigh, he began. “On the 7th day, they dug into the surface, swift and sudden. Their life and fight, poisoned, while songs cut through the skies.”
The prisoner raised his head, his eyes burned with curiosity. “How… how do you know that?”
“Don’t think I haven’t heard. You were a great warrior. A powerful leader. Now look where you are.”
The figure shook his hand, the knights at his side stepped forward and released the chains from the prisoner.
The prisoner stood, towering over the figure. He raised his axe, ready to strike.
“Pride.” The figure said.
“What?”
“That’s what it was. Pride. They believed that nothing could ever be powerful enough to end them, until you came along.”
The figure raised his blade and pointed it towards the prisoner. “The error of Inyria, one that you exhibit more than ever.”
The prisoner lowered his axe, a deep bellow of frustration and acceptance escaped from him.
The figure turned his back. “Now, come along. My dear friend awaits your arrival.”
