Commander Torvir is second in charge of The Steel Enclave. She lead the first invasion force into The Grand alongside Za'ran. She was tasked with protecting The Steel Enclave’s base when The Guardian broke in and killed the commander, as they had the intel on Whisper’s base and the key to get in.
