Arkivii is a mysterious location with the ability to exist on multiple planets. If you enter Arkivii from Earth, you can leave to the Moon or anywhere an Arkivii entrance is. The only way to enter Arkivii if you are not Fallen is the Cosmodrome Contested Zone.
