Transcribing Text Feed

I am interested in helping out transcribing missions and activities, but I have a question regarding transcribing lines that appear in the text feed. The text feed in the string of text that appear between the Super indicator and the Buff/Debuff UI. I want to include these lines when they are unique to the activity or mission, as they add to the story, context, or even simply for completionist sake.

An example of such a line during The Descent mission in Season of the Deep is "The Battlesong of Xivu Arath is screamed into being!"

My question is this agreed upon that it should be included and how should they be formatted? The Layout Guide says, "Lastly, any on screen text, such as chapter names, taglines, dates, and etc., should be written out in bold text in the order they appear," in which case the following example would be correct:

The Guardian is halted by a ritual protected by Hive and Taken.

The Battlesong of Xivu Arath is screamed into being!

The Guardian is afflicted with Overwhelming Battlesong, suppressing their paracausal abilities.

• Lord Saladin: "We have more Taken incoming! Falling back to the Arcology Solarium."

• Xivu Arath: "I AM THE MOUNTAIN UPON WHICH ALL SWORDS SHATTER! HONE YOUR EDGE AGAINST ME!"
